Project File definition

Project File as defined in Section 6.10 below.
Project File means a data file in a format approved by Sustainability Victoria (as described on the Site) which a Registered User may upload to the Site in order to generate a Thermal Performance Certificate.
Project File means the any important contracts, agreements or files regarding design service, supervision service, consultation service for construction cost, construction project contract and equipment procurement related to the Project construction based on the proper judgment of the Agent Bank.

More Definitions of Project File

Project File means the computerized information which will be maintained in the C/MI System for every project assisted by a grantee and, in the case of a State

Project File means a holder for maintaining this Agreement (together with its annexes and appendices) and all other essential records and documentation related to this Agreement in an organized and accessible manner for at least six years following the completion of the Project. No new expenditure, financial commitment or implementation of activities is undertaken during this period. UNHCR’s Global Strategic Priorities means the areas of critical concern to UNHCR within its overall efforts to provide protection and assistance and to seek solutions for refugees and other persons of concern. UNHCR’s Operations Plan means the plan providing the full overview of a UNHCR operation, detailing the context and situation of persons of concern and specifying the comprehensive needs and strategies the office intends to implement, including steps to be taken to reduce the gaps and achieve desired results. The UNHCR’s Operations Plan also integrates the prioritization of needs with results-based management, in line with available resources allocated by pillar.
Project File means one or more Online Objects. A Project File can be either a PRJ file or a pair of DAT and DMS files.

Related to Project File

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Asset File means the materials with respect to the Assets (i) previously delivered to Buyer or its representatives by or on behalf of Seller, whether written or orally, (ii) made available to Buyer or its representatives at the Hotel or at the offices of Broker, in each case, whether written or orally, or (iii) made available to Buyer or its representatives in the data room web site created by Broker.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Servicing Records All documents, books, records and other information (including, without limitation, computer programs, tapes, disks, data processing software and related property rights) prepared and maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Loans and the related Obligors.

  • Direct filtration means a series of processes including coagulation and filtration but excluding sedimentation resulting in substantial particulate removal.

  • Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;
