  • If District issues a Disapproval Notice, Developer shall revise the Project Drawings to address the objections of District and shall resubmit the revised Project Drawings for approval.

  • District’s review and approval of the Project Drawings is not and shall not be construed as a representation or other assurance that they comply with any building codes, regulations, or standards, including, without limitation, building engineering and structural design or any other Applicable Laws.
