Project Dollars means Defendants’ expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) of this Consent Decree to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) and Appendix A of this Consent Decree, and (b) constitute Defendants’ direct payments for such projects, or Defendants’ external costs for contractors, vendors, and equipment.
Project Dollars means DMG’s expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) of this Consent Decree to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section VIII (Environmental Mitigation Projects) and Appendix A of this Consent Decree, and (b) constitute DMG’s direct payments for
Project Dollars means NIPSCO’s expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Section X (Environmental Mitigation Projects) of this Consent Decree to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section X (Environmental Mitigation Projects) and Appendix A of this Consent Decree; and (b) constitute NIPSCO’s direct payments for such projects, NIPSCO’s external costs for contractors, vendors, and equipment, or NIPSCO’s internal costs consisting of employee time, travel, or out-of-pocket expenses specifically attributable to these particular projects and documented in accordance with GAAP.
Examples of Project Dollars in a sentence
Any proposed third-party must be legally authorized to perform the proposed action or to receive Project Dollars.
Selection of this Project is expressly conditioned upon identification of satisfactory technology and an agreement between EPA and Defendants on how to credit Project Dollars towards this project.
Defendants shall maintain, and present to EPA upon request, all documents to substantiate the Project Dollars expended to implement the Projects described in Appendix A, and shall provide these documents to EPA within thirty (30) days of a request for the documents.
Defendant shall maintain, and present to Plaintiffs upon request, documents to substantiate the Project Dollars expended to implement the Defendant’s Projects described in Appendix A, and shall provide these documents to Plaintiffs within 60 Days of a request for the documents.

More Definitions of Project Dollars
Project Dollars means Noble’s expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Appendix C to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section VI (Environmental Mitigation Projects) and Appendix C; and (b) constitute Noble’s direct payments for such projects, or Noble’s external costs (e.g., for labor and equipment).
Project Dollars means TVA=s expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Section V.F (Environmental Mitigation Projects) of this Compliance Agreement to the extent that such expenditures or payments both (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section V.F (Environmental Mitigation Projects) and Appendix C of this Compliance Agreement, and (b) constitute TVA=s direct payments for such projects and TVA=s external costs for contractors, vendors, and equipment.
Project Dollars means Defendants’ expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Project identified in Section VI (Environmental Mitigation Project) of this Consent Decree to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section VI (Environmental Mitigation Project) and Appendix A of this Consent Decree, and (b) constitute Defendants’ direct payments for such project or Defendants’ external costs for contractors, vendors, and equipment.

Project Dollars means PDC’s expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Appendix B to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section V and Appendix B; and (b) constitute PDC’s direct payments for such projects or PDC’s external costs (e.g., for labor and equipment).
Project Dollars means the City’s expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Mitigation Projects identified under Appendix C to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (a) comply with the requirements set forth in Section VI and Appendix C; and (b) constitute the City’s direct payments for such projects or the City’s external costs (e.g., for labor and equipment).
Project Dollars means Tesoro’s expenditures and payments incurred or made in carrying out the Environmental Mitigation Projects identified in Section IX and Appendix D of this Consent Decree to the extent that such expenditures or payments both: (i) comply with the requirements set forth in Section IX and Appendix D of this Consent Decree; and (ii) constitute Tesoro’s direct payments for such Projects, or Tesoro’s external costs for contractors, vendors, and equipment.
