Project Development Team definition

Project Development Team means, collectively, Owner Parties, Construction Manager, and other parties Owner may designate from time to time.
Project Development Team means, collectively, MSG, Architect, Project Manager, Contractor and such other members as may be designated by MSG from time to time.
Project Development Team means the group of entities that develops, constructs, reports, appraises, finances, and services the associated properties of a qualified project in partnership with the project development owner.

More Definitions of Project Development Team

Project Development Team means the team within the TO that is responsible for completing preliminary works and undertaking tender support activities. In our May consultation we referred to this team as the ‘preliminary works team’.
