Project Construction Schedule definition

Project Construction Schedule means the Project Construction Schedule portion of the Phase Table contained on Schedule 6.1 hereto. Any change to the Project Construction Schedule is a Material Modification and shall be subject to the Material Modification process. Any change to the Project Construction Schedule that purports to change the sequence of the Phases shall be subject to the provisions hereof regarding Zoning Modifications. Subject to compliance with the foregoing restrictions, as to all Phases or any applicable Phase of the Project, an estimated schedule(s) for construction of such Phases or Phase that includes interim milestones may be adopted by Owner, a Vertical Owner, or other Person succeeding to all or a portion of Owner’s development interests in the Project (or any Phase thereof) and thereafter as modified from time to time by such party, subject in all cases to compliance with the preceding restrictions and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, a Project Construction Schedule must be consistent with Schedule 6.1 hereto and the provisions hereof relating to Phases.
Project Construction Schedule means a detailed schedule for the design, construction and installation of the Parking Garage Project prepared by Development Manager, based on consultation with the Project Team, and more particularly described in Section 3.1.5 below.
Project Construction Schedule is attached hereto as Attachment No. 7 and incorporated herein by reference.

Project Construction Schedule means the then estimated schedule(s) for construction of all or any applicable Phase of the Project as adopted by Owner, a Vertical Developer, or other Person succeeding to all or a portion of Owner's development interests in the Project (or any Phase thereof) and thereafter as modified from time to time by such party.
Project Construction Schedule means a schedule of critical dates relating to the Project Improvements Work and the Commencement of Operations (which dates may be described or set forth as intervals of time from or after the completion or occurrence of the preceding task or event), which schedule shall include the estimated dates for (i) ordering and delivering of critical delivery items, such as construction components or items requiring long lead time for purchase or manufacture, or items which by their nature affect the basic structure or systems of the Project Improvements, (ii) completion of the Project Plans in detail sufficient for satisfaction of all Applicable Law (including issuance of necessary building permits), (iii) issuance of all Governmental Authorizations and satisfaction of all Applicable Law prerequisite to commencement of the Project Improvements Work, (iv) commencement of any of Owner’s Remedial Work and all other Project Improvements Work, (v) Substantial Completion of the Project Improvements and (vi) all material elements of pre-opening services. The Project Construction Schedule shall be adjusted as appropriate to reflect the delay in the Project Improvements Work by Owner resulting from each occurrence of Excusable Owner Delay in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. City Parties have Approved the initial Project Construction Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Project Construction Schedule means a schedule of critical dates relating to the stadium construction and the commencement of operations (which dates may be described or set forth as intervals of time from or after the completion or occurrence of the preceding task or event), which schedule shall include the estimated dates for (i) ordering and delivering of critical delivery items, such as construction components or items requiring long lead time for purchase or manufacture, or items which by their nature affect the basic structure or systems of the Stadium, (ii) completion of the Stadium’s design in detail sufficient for satisfaction of all Applicable Laws (including issuance of necessary building permits), (iii) issuance of all governmental authorizations prerequisite to commencement of the construction, (iv) commencement of any of Tenant’s construction and all other construction work, (v) substantial completion of the construction; and (vi) all material elements of pre-opening services. Tenant shall submit to City the Project Construction Schedule within sixty (60) days after City commences Site Development as stated in Section 8.01(D). The Project Construction Schedule shall be adjusted as appropriate to reflect any delay in construction that the parties agree is reasonable.
