Project Completion Date definition

Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

Project Completion Date means the date set out in Section 2.3 on which the Applicant anticipates completing the Project, understood to be the Milestone Completion Date of the last Milestone as indicated in Schedule D;

Project Completion Date means the date on which the Provisional Certificate is issued and, in the event, no Provisional Certificate is issued, the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

Examples of Project Completion Date in a sentence

• The "Project Completion Period" commences with the Date of Award Letter from IEDA, June 10, 2020, and ends with the Project Completion Date set out in the grant, June 10, 2022, and grant amendments.

• The final request for reimbursement shall be made within thirty (30) days of the Project Completion Date.

• If the total Grant Amount has not been claimed within sixty (60) days after the Project Completion Date, then the IEDA shall be under no further obligation for further disbursement.

• Project costs, except for Pre-Agreement Expenses, shall be incurred between the effective date of the Agreement, and the Project Completion Date as set forth in the Project Completion Certification determined and identified herein.

More Definitions of Project Completion Date

Project Completion Date means the date by which the implementation of the Project is to be completed.

Project Completion Date means the date specified in the agreement on which the Scope of Work will be fully completed. This term is only used in loan agreements.
