Project Complete definition

Project Complete means when a Project can be used for the purpose for which it was intended, all required reports have been submitted to Ontario and final payment has been made.

Related to Project Complete

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
