Project Changes definition

Project Changes means an alteration of the project as it was proposed in the municipality’s approved Project Contract. Changes can involve adding or deleting scope items, changing the layout of the scope items within the project area or modifying the size or location of the project area.
Project Changes or “Change(s)” means a change to the Scope, Budget, Timeline, Milestones, and/or other deliverables or resources of or related to a Project.
Project Changes with respect to each Funded MCA Project, any (A) change to the Eligible Project Costs of such Funded MCA Project within a five percent (5%) variance of the Project Budget for such Funded MCA Project or (B) material change to the Construction Schedule for such Funded MCA Project; for purposes of this clause (viii), any delay to any milestone set forth in such Construction Schedule that negatively affects a critical path item that could delay achievement of Substantial Completion for such Funded MCA Project by the Projected Substantial Completion Date shall be a material change;

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd.
