Project Approvals definition

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

Project Approvals shall have that meaning set forth in Recitals A through F of this Agreement.

Project Approvals means the Existing Approvals and all Subsequent Approvals.

Examples of Project Approvals in a sentence

• In the event HF finds that such a change is appropriate or desirable, HF may apply in writing for an amendment to the existing Project Approvals or the Development Plan to effectuate such change.

• From and following the Effective Date of this Agreement and throughout the Term, Development of the Subject Property and the City’s actions on applications for Subsequent Development Approvals affecting the Subject Property and the Development of the Subject Property shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, all Project Approvals and all Subsequent Development Approvals.

• The City shall promptly notify HF of any claim, action, or proceeding filed and served against the City to challenge, set aside, alter, void, annul, limit or restrict the approval and continued implementation and enforcement of this Agreement or any Existing Regulation, including but not limited to Project Approvals and CEQA challenges, as they may be filed from time to time by one or more third parties.

• Any amendment to the Project Approvals or the Development Plan, when granted, shall be deemed to be part of the Existing Regulations from the date of the grant.

• The above notwithstanding, HF may determine that changes are appropriate and desirable in the existing Project Approvals or Development Plan.

More Definitions of Project Approvals

Project Approvals means the approvals, certifications or actions listed on Exhibit B and any Subsequent Approvals, including all Conditions of Approval.

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. <insert ordinance # here> approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. <insert resolution # here>, adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;(3) Development Review No. 14-0004599.

Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorization, permits and licenses required under applicable Legal Requirements or under the terms of any restriction, covenant or easement affecting the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction and equipping, use and operation of the Project and the Improvements, whether obtained from a Governmental Authority or any other Person.

Project Approvals means, collectively, the Project's Existing Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals.

Project Approvals means (1) Ordinance No. xxxx approving the Planned Development Zone and this Agreement; (2) Resolution No. XXX approving the Development Review, Tentative Tract Map No. 74896 and an amendment to the Burbank Center Plan land use designation from Mixed Commercial/Office/Industrial to Mixed Commercial/Office/Residential and to change the subarea land use designation of the Project site from City Center West/RITC Corridor to City Center West/East Side (and portions of west side) of Victory Blvd., and south side of Burbank Blvd.; (3) Resolution No. xxxx, certifying the EIR and adopting findings, a Statement of Overriding Consideration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; (4) other applications, approvals and entitlements relating to the development of the Project and the Project Site prior to the Effective Date; and (5) the Conditions of Approval..
