Project Agreements definition

Project Agreements means collectively, this Concession Agreement, the Financing Documents, Construction Agreements and Operation & Maintenance Agreements, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and any other agreements or contract that may be entered into by the Concessionaire with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

Examples of Project Agreements in a sentence

• This PSA and all fully executed Project Agreements constitute the entire and integrated agreement between County and Consultant and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral, preceding this PSA or any Project Agreement.

• Lancaster County is committed to providing local funds for the project as required by the Project Program Agreement and any Supplemental Project Agreements.

Project Agreements means, collectively, this Agreement and the Power Purchase Agreement;

Project Agreements means any material contracts or agreements entered into by the Concessionaire after the date of this Agreement relating to the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project, including without limitation the Land Lease Agreement(s).
