Project Addendum means the Addendum for a Power Project, if any, signed and attached as an Exhibit to MEMBER’S CESA.

Project Addendum means the separate written contract set out pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Partnership Agreement and duly executed by bath Parties, whereby the Parties agree to perform a given R&D Project. Each Project Addendum shall (i) set forth the specific conditions applicable to the corresponding R&D Project; and (ii) contain the corresponding R&D Project Program as well as a list of the Parties’ respective Pre-Existing Know-How necessary or helpful for carrying out the corresponding R&D Project.

Project Addendum means a separate written order for the Services that a YPC Party enters into with Marchex Local, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in a form mutually agreed in writing by such YPC Party and Marchex Local.

Examples of Project Addendum in a sentence

If MEMBER has chosen to purchase power from a Power Project through TCAP, in accordance with a signed Project Addendum attached to MEMBER’S CESA, MEMBER’s termination rights with respect to its commitment to purchase power from the Power Project shall be contained in the Project Addendum.
As a result, the terms and conditions of this Agreement necessarily include the pertinent Project Addendum and terms and conditions related to the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER in the Construction Documents for an individual Project.
The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER in coordination with the OWNER shall determine any preliminary site planning and schematic design elements that may be required as part of the ARCHITECT’S/ENGINEER’S Basic Services and provide for the same in writing in the Project Addendum for a Project.
If the Project Addendum does not specify which terms and conditions of this Agreement will be applicable to a Project, then all terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply.
If, at any time during the Term, Customer elects to participate in a Power Purchase Agreement with a project to be developed for TCAP’s members, and executes the Project Addendum for such project, then the Project Addendum will be attached hereto as Schedule I.

More Definitions of Project Addendum

Project Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in Article 4a.

Project Addendum is defined in the Introductory Statement to the Demolition Agreement. “Project Addendum Date" for each Project means the date of the applicable Project Addendum. "Project Site" (or “site”) for each Project is defined in the applicable Project Addendum. "Punch List" is defined in Section 25.2.

Project Addendum means an addendum to this Agreement entered into by TechShare LGC and one or more Stakeholders to conduct a Project.

Project Addendum. An addendum to this Agreement between Borrower and Lender for each Development Project approved by Lender pursuant to Section 2.2, identifying and describing the approved Development Project in detail, supplementing this Agreement as it applies to said Development Project, setting forth the amount of the Development Project Loan allocated thereto, setting forth the date by which construction of the Development Project must begin ("Commencement Date") and the outside Completion Date therefor, setting forth the estimated Costs of the Development Project and adding to this Agreement any requirements, representations and covenants which are required by Lender as a condition to its approval of said Development Project.

Project Addendum means an exhibit to this Agreement, signed by the HIE and Participant, that describes a specific project for use of the Exchange, the Permitted Use, applicable standards and safeguards, and related terms. Future projects, phases or expanded use of the Exchange also will be set forth in Project Addenda signed by HIE and Participant.

Project Addendum means an addendum to this Agreement for each project and/or Presentation of Product Produced hereunder, an example of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Project Addendum shall include a statement of work, Project Plan, a related Quality Agreement, and other documents as reasonably determined by the Parties.

Project Addendum or, collectively, “Project Addenda” means any addendum belonging to this Agreement and forming an integral part thereof that sets forth the details of each Project agreed between the Parties;
