Project Act definition

Project Act. ’ shall mean the Boulder Canyon Project Act [43 U.S.C. 617 et seq.];

Project Act means the act originally adopted as chapter 470, Statutes of Nevada 1965, designated as NRS 373.010 through 373.200, as from time to time amended, and cited in NRS 373.010, as the County Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Law.
