Project Account definition

Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;
Project Account means the Project Account of the Project Loan Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.
Project Account means the account referred to in Paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Examples of Project Account in a sentence

  • In the event that Subaward funds under the Grant are no longer available or run out, the Subrecipient shall be compensated pursuant to the terms of this Subaward Contract for authorized Project Account costs charged against the Project Account prior to the date of termination according to the approved Project Budget.

  • Subrecipient shall be liable to County for immediate repayment of any unauthorized expenditure of funds from Project Account.

  • Subrecipient shall be compensated pursuant to the terms of this Subaward Contract for authorized Project Account costs charged against the Project Account on or prior to the date of termination according to the approved Project Budget.

More Definitions of Project Account

Project Account means the book account, if any, established by the Finance Authority in the name of the Borrower/Grantee for purposes of tracking expenditure of the Loan/Grant Amount by the Borrower/Grantee to pay for the costs of the Project, as shown in the Term Sheet, which account shall be kept separate and apart from all other accounts of the Finance Authority.
Project Account means the account to be opened by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.01 of this Agreement for purposes of making available its counterpart contribution to the financing of the Project;
Project Account means the account established pursuant to Section 6.01 (a) (i) of this Agreement;
Project Account means the account referred to in Section 6.01 of this Agreement, maintained by the Borrower in local currency and to be used for financing the Borrower’s contribution to Project expenditures;
Project Account means the project account used for the Borrower’s counterpart financing for the Project, referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement.
Project Account means the Project Account established in Section 213 hereof.
Project Account means the bank account established by the Manager for the Project in accordance with the provisions of SECTION 5.8 hereof.
