Prohibited Waste definition

Prohibited Waste means prohibited waste as defined in Schedule “D” to this Bylaw.
Prohibited Waste means matter prohibited from entering the Sewerage System as set out in Appendix A;
Prohibited Waste means a waste prohibited from discharge to the POTW except in accordance with these regulations.

More Definitions of Prohibited Waste

Prohibited Waste means prohibited waste as defined in Schedule ‘A’ of this Bylaw.
Prohibited Waste means gaseous, liquid and Solid Waste not acceptable for burial or Disposal at a Refuse Disposal Facility as identified in Schedule E attached hereto.
Prohibited Waste means Class “A” Prohibited Waste, Class “B” Prohibited Waste and Class “C” Prohibited Waste;
