Prohibited use of card. Your Card can only be used by you and not by or for the benefit of a third party. We may block transactions that we can identify as internet gambling or other cash-like transactions. In addition, you must not use your Card: • for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, including the purchase of any goods or services prohibited by applicable local law. • after the Card’s expiry date.

In addition, you must not use your Card or Credit Card account: • for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, including the purchase of any goods or services prohibited by applicable local law where you reside; • after the expiry date embossed on the Card; or • to pay any amount that you owe to CIBC or a CIBC affiliate.

  • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”).
