Examples of Prohibited Practice in a sentence
Each party shall indemnify, defend and hold the other party, its subsidiaries and Affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of any of them, harmless from and against all and any claims, proceedings, losses, fines, expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorneys fees and expenses) and penalties incurred by said party arising out of any Prohibited Practice committed by said party or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, or agents.
Neither it nor any of its Affiliates nor any Person acting on its or their behalf (i) has committed or engaged in any Prohibited Practice in connection with any Financing Document or any transaction contemplated by the Financing Documents or (ii) is included on any Internationally Recognized Sanctions Lists or on the IDB Group List of Sanctioned Firms and Individuals.
Commit, engage in, or be involved with (or authorize or permit any Affiliate or any other Person acting on its behalf to commit, engage in, or be involved with) any Prohibited Practice with respect to any transaction contemplated by any Financing Document.
The Borrower shall not, and shall not authorise or permit any of its officers, directors, authorised employees, Affiliates, agents or representatives to, engage in with respect to the Project or any transactions contemplated by this Agreement any Prohibited Practice.
Neither it nor any of its Affiliates, nor any Person acting on its behalf, has committed or engaged in any Prohibited Practice.
