Prohibited Period definition

Prohibited Period means the period during which Executive is employed by the Company hereunder and a period of two years following the end of Executive’s employment with the Company.
Prohibited Period means the period during which Employee is employed by any member of the Company Group and continuing for a period of twelve (12) months following the date that Employee is no longer employed by any member of the Company Group.

More Definitions of Prohibited Period

Prohibited Period means the Term, subject to earlier termination pursuant to Section 4 above, and the 12 month period following the termination of Employee’s employment with the Company.
