Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following: (i) Discarded Materials placed in the

Examples of Prohibited Container Contaminants in a sentence

• Contractor shall instruct the Customer to either remove the Prohibited Container Contaminants, or pay the City-approved Rate to have the contents of the contaminated Recyclable Materials Container Collected as Solid Waste.

• Contractor may refuse to Collect an Organic Materials Container that contains more than twenty percent (20%) by volume of Prohibited Container Contaminants, provided that Contractor leaves a non-Collection notice in accordance with Section 5.3.B of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Prohibited Container Contaminants

Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following: (i) discarded materials placed in the Blue Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Recyclable Materials for the City’s Blue Container; (ii) discarded materials placed in the Green Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Green Container Organic Waste for the City’s Green Container; (iii) discarded materials placed in the Gray/Black Container that are acceptable Source Separated Recyclable Materials and/or Source Separate Green Container Organic Wastes to be placed in Cities Green Container and/or Blue Container; and (iv) any material prohibited to be placed in any container pursuant to Section 6-2.104 or any other section of this Municipal Code.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means any discarded materials placed in a recyclable container that are not identified as designated recyclable materials as identified in Section 8.36.200.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means (a) any material other than Greenwaste placed in the Greenwaste container, and (b) any material other than Food Waste placed in the Food Waste container.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means (i) items placed in the Blue Container that are not identified as acceptable Recyclable Materials; (ii) items placed in the Green Container that are not identified as acceptable organic waste; (iii) items placed in the Gray Container that are acceptable to be placed in City’s Green Container and/or Blue Container ; and (iv) Excluded Waste placed in any Container.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following: (i) Discarded Materials placed in the Blue Container that are not identified as acceptable materials for the Blue Containers; (ii) Discarded Materials placed in the Green Container that are not identified as acceptable for the Green Container; (iii) Discarded Materials placed in the Gray Container that are acceptable to be placed in Green Containers and/or Blue Containers ; and (iv) Excluded Waste placed in any Container.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means materials designated as unacceptable for collection or drop-off.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following for the purposes of this Agreement: (i) Discarded Materials placed in the Recyclable Materials Container that are not identified as acceptable Recyclable Materials for the City’s Collection program; (ii) Discarded Materials placed in the Organic Materials Container that are not identified as acceptable Organic Materials for the City’s Collection program; (iii) Discarded Materials placed in the Solid Waste Container that are acceptable Recyclable Materials and/or Organic Materials to be placed in the City’s Recyclable Materials or Organic Materials Containers or otherwise managed under the City’s Collection program; and, (iv) Excluded Waste placed in any Container.
