Prohibited Activities or Conditions is defined in Section 18(a).

More Definitions of Prohibited Activities or Conditions

Prohibited Activities or Conditions with respect to a particular Mortgage, shall have the meaning given that term in such Mortgage.
Prohibited Activities or Conditions with respect to a Mortgaged Property, shall have the meaning given that term in the Security Instrument encumbering the Mortgaged Property.
Prohibited Activities or Conditions means causing or permitting, whether directly or indirectly, (i) the presence, use, generation, manufacture, production, processing, installation, release, discharge, storage (including storage in above ground and underground storage tanks for petroleum or petroleum products), treatment, handling, or disposal of any Hazardous Materials (excluding the safe and lawful use and storage of quantities of Hazardous Materials or petroleum products, customarily used in the ordinary operations of the Indemnitor or customarily used in the ordinary operations of any tenant previously approved by the Lender) on or under the Premises, or in any way affecting the Premises or its value or which may form the basis for any present or future claim, demand or action seeking cleanup of the Premises, (ii) the transportation of any Hazardous Materials to or from the Premises (excluding the safe and lawful use and storage of quantities of Hazardous Materials or petroleum products, customarily used in the ordinary operations of the Indemnitor or customarily used in the ordinary operations of any tenant previously approved by the Lender), or (iii) any occurrence or condition on the Premises (or exacerbation of the same) that is or may be in violation of Hazardous Materials Law.
Prohibited Activities or Conditions has the meaning given such term in the Continuing Covenant Agreement.
Prohibited Activities or Conditions shall have the meaning given that term in each Mortgage.

Related to Prohibited Activities or Conditions

  • Prohibited Activities has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.26.

  • Prohibited Activity means any service or activity on behalf of a Competing Business that involves the planning, management, supervision, or providing of services that are similar in nature or purpose to those services Employee provided to the Company within the last 12 months of Employee’s employment with the Company or any other activities that would involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information.

  • Prohibited Act means: to directly or indirectly offer, promise or give any person working for or engaged by the Customer and/or the Authority a financial or other advantage to: induce that person to perform improperly a relevant function or activity; or reward that person for improper performance of a relevant function or activity; or committing any offence: under the Bribery Act 2010; or under legislation creating offences concerning Fraud; or at common law concerning Fraud; or committing or attempting or conspiring to commit Fraud;

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

Response activity also includes health assessments or health effect studies carried out under the supervision, or with the approval of, the department of community health and enforcement actions related to any response activity.

  • unlawful activity means activities that violate the laws of this state, including but not limited to any activity that violates a state criminal statute.

  • Unlawful conduct means the same as that term is defined in Sections 58-1-501 and 58-17b-501.

  • prohibited substance means any substance so described on the Prohibited List, which appears in Annex I to this Convention.
