Progress Meetings definition

Progress Meetings is defined in Section 5.1 hereof.

Progress Meetings is defined in Section 4.4.
Progress Meetings. The Town and Contractor shall meet, either in person or by telephone conference calls, at regularly scheduled meetings (“Project Working Group Meetings”) held at approximate two-week intervals throughout the Project. Meetings shall include the Contractor PM, Town PM, Utility Engineer, and Water Resources Manager, Environmental Engineer and others as deemed necessary to adequately discuss the topics and concerns at hand. The Project Working Group Meetings shall be used to coordinate the work effort and resolve any outstanding issues or problems.
