Progress Meetings. The Town and Contractor shall meet, either in person or by telephone conference calls, at regularly scheduled meetings (“Project Working Group Meetings”) held at approximate two-week intervals throughout the Project. Meetings shall include the Contractor PM, Town PM, Utility Engineer, and Water Resources Manager, Environmental Engineer and others as deemed necessary to adequately discuss the topics and concerns at hand. The Project Working Group Meetings shall be used to coordinate the work effort and resolve any outstanding issues or problems. The meetings should focus on the following topics: • Activities completed since the last meeting • Problems encountered or anticipated • Late activities/activities slipping behind schedule • Solutions for unresolved or newly identified problems • Schedule of upcoming activities • Information on items required/comments from CDPHE/Water and Power
