Progress Claim definition

Progress Claim means a document in a form approved by the Principal evidencing the delivery of Goods and/or performance of Services and which includes the information set out in the Contract Specifics.
Progress Claim means a document in a form approved by the Principal evidencing the performance of the Works since the previous Progress Claim (or, if the Progress Claim is the first Progress Claim, since the Start Date) and which includes the information set out in the Contract Specifics.

Examples of Progress Claim in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall give every assistance to the Company and make available to the Company at the Site all records, invoices and accounts to enable the Company properly to check and satisfy itself as to the correctness of any Progress Claim.

  • Should the actual quantities required be different to the provisional quantities, the Contractor shall, as soon as the difference becomes apparent, but in any event, prior to including any additional quantities in a Progress Claim, submit a detailed quantity take off to the Engineering Manager who shall verify the quantities.

  • Progress draws shall be accompanied by a Progress Claim approved by CRA and certified by the Banks Cost Consultant detailing the original budget, the present budget, the percent complete, the work in place, the costs to complete and the value of the amount being claimed.

  • If the Company does supply Goods, material or consumables on a free of charge basis and during the remaining Contract Period these Goods, materials or consumables are subject to excessive wastage caused by an act of negligence by the Contract Personnel then the Company will deduct from the monthly Progress Claim the actual cost of the Goods, material or consumables that are damaged.
