Programme Start Date definition

Programme Start Date means the first day the programme opens. “Programme Finishing Date” means the last day the programme is open.
Programme Start Date means the date on which this Supplementary Agreement shall come into force, as set out in clause 5.1 of this Supplementary Agreement;
Programme Start Date means the date on which this Agreement commences, as identified in the Particulars of Agreement;

Examples of Programme Start Date in a sentence

  • If the Event or Programme is Booked less than 6 weeks prior to the Event or Programme Start Date, the Client will pay Eventurous 100% of the Total Cost of the Event or Programme, to secure the Booking.

  • Any outstanding details must be agreed at least 10 working days before the Event or Programme Start Date.

  • Where appointed directly by the client contact details for all Third Party Suppliers must be given to Eventurous no later than 15 working days before the Event or Programme Start Date.

  • The Client is responsible for familarising itself and its Attendees with the venue’s fire procedures in advance of the Event or Programme Start Date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Where Eventurous is managing the Event or Programme, a copy of the full Attendee list and the final version of the printed or email invitation must be provided to Eventurous at least one (1) working day before the Event or Programme Start Date.

  • Final numbers must be notified to Eventurous at least 10 working days prior to the Event or Programme Start Date.

  • The University will allow you to cancel your contract with the University for the Research Degree Programme at any time between the Programme Start Date and the expiry of 14 days from the Programme Start Date (Start Date Cancellation Period).

Programme Start Date. The start date of the Learner’s programme, as stated in the Learner’s Commitment Statement and recorded in the individual Learner’s record on the Software.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.

  • Start-up means the time period required to bring the equipment covered under the Contract from an inactive condition, when construction is essentially complete, to the state ready for trial operation. The startup period shall include preliminary inspection and checkout of equipment and supporting sub-system, initial operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract to obtain necessary pre-trial operation data, perform calibration and corrective action, shut down, inspection and adjustment prior to the trial operation period.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);
