Program Steering Committee definition

Program Steering Committee or “PSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3 (Program Steering Committee).

Program Steering Committee or “PSC” means the program steering committee referred to in paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Loan Agreement;

Program Steering Committee means the Program Steering Committee established within the Ministry of Education and maintained for the purposes set forth and in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Program Steering Committee

Program Steering Committee means the Program Steering Committee established pursuant to paragraph 1, Schedule 4 to the Development Credit Agreement entered into between the Recipient and the Association on January 20, 2004 for Credit No. 3848-WSA (Second Infrastructure Asset Management Project), as the membership and responsibilities of such Committee have been or will be modified in accordance with the provisions of Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Program Steering Committee means a program steering committee that will be established by the Recipient, staffed with specialists in business and skills training and chaired by a program director from the Recipient’s office. Said committee shall be responsible for the review and approval of Part A Sub-projects in accordance with the policies and procedures set out in the Operations Manual.

Program Steering Committee means the committee established pursuant to SED’s notification PS/SSE/MISC/EDU2008-405, dated October 8, 2008, and referred to in Section I.A.1(a) of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

Program Steering Committee means the committee referred to in paragraph 1(a)(i) of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Program Steering Committee means the Recipient’s Program Steering Committee established for overall management of the Project and shall include representatives from, inter-alia, BoB, MoIC, MoF, RMA and RUB (as both the latter terms are hereinafter defined).

Program Steering Committee means the committee maintained within the Ministry of Finance in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
