Program Products definition

Program Products means Supplier’s commercially available software and the documentation required to install, support, use, and maintain it.

Program Products means any and all products in forms suitable for human or animal applications containing a Program Compound as an active ingredient, including Combination Products.

Program Products mean the materials described in Section 3 of the Program Guidelines.
