Program Payment definition

Program Payment means an issuance of shares in settlement of an Actual Award or a Substitute Cash Payment as provided in Section 3(b).
Program Payment means the amount paid by the County to the Company each month under the Program.

  • Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.
