Program Operations Manual or “POM”, means the generic operations manual, dated May 11, 2005, accepted by the Bank, setting forth the implementation arrangements for the Program as a whole, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Bank;

Program Operations Manual means the compendium of standards, rules, technical specifications and requirements, policies and procedures established by CESA to assist Collector with fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement, including managing the collection and storage of Program Products, as amended, updated or revised by CESA from time to time.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process.   • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
