Program of Requirements definition

Program of Requirements means Owner’s initial description of the Project scope, preliminary Construction Cost Limitation, Design Schedule, criteria for design objectives, characteristics and constraints, space requirements and relationships, site requirements, existing facilities, and desired special components, systems and equipment.
Program of Requirements. The Program of Requirements or "Program" is the detailed written summary of the requirements of the facility which sets forth the Owner's design objectives, constraints and criteria, including space requirements and relationships, quality levels, flexibility and expandability, special equipment and systems and site requirements, as described in the IPPA.

Examples of Program of Requirements in a sentence

  • Fees may be negotiated and allocated for Additional Services (e.g., creation of a Program of Requirements, extensive evaluation or validation of site conditions, extensive pre-design investigations, code-required special inspection and testing, Quality Assurance testing during the construction period, and testing due to unforeseen conditions).

  • For projects without such a POR, upon award of the Agreement, commence by developing the Program of Requirements.

  • For projects advertised with an appropriately developed Program of Requirements (POR), upon award of the Agreement, commence with Design.

  • The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement following completion of the Program of Requirements, and shall have no further obligation to Architect/Engineer other than payment for services authorized by Owner and provided by Architect/Engineer prior to such termination in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • If Architect/Engineer prepares the Program of Requirements, then Owner will review the Program of Requirements when completed and then determine whether to proceed with the Project and authorize commencement of Basic Services.

  • The Program of Requirements will set forth the Owner’s description of the project scope, preliminary project cost, schedule, criteria for design objectives, characteristics and constraints, space requirements and relationships, site requirements, existing facilities, and desired special components, systems and equipment.

  • The Program of Requirements (“POR”) will be developed as a part of this project by the Architect/Engineer (“A/E”).

Related to Program of Requirements

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • Statement of Requirements means a statement issued by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body detailing its Services Requirement issued in accordance with the Ordering Procedure;

  • Performance Requirements The ordering entity reserves the right to inspect and verify that all deliveries are in accordance with specifications, both at the point of delivery and at the point of use. For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity. Products inspected at the time of use are subject to refusal and return requirements for issues of quality such as defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Products will not be considered accepted by the ordering entity until the installation is complete for the applicable products.

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • PJM Region Reliability Requirement means, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, the Forecast Pool Requirement multiplied by the Preliminary PJM Region Peak Load Forecast, less the sum of all Preliminary Unforced Capacity Obligations of FRR Entities in the PJM Region; and, for purposes of the Incremental Auctions, the Forecast Pool Requirement multiplied by the updated PJM Region Peak Load Forecast, less the sum of all updated Unforced Capacity Obligations of FRR Entities in the PJM Region.

  • Regulatory Requirements means all applicable federal and state statutes, regulations, regulatory guidance, judicial or administrative rulings, requirements of Governmental Contracts and standards and requirements of any accrediting or certifying organization, including, but not limited to, the requirements set forth in a Product Attachment.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • Minimum Annual Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Annual Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Sub-Annual Resource Reliability Target for the RTO in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Annual Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Sub-Annual Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative.

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • End Client Requirements means the specific requirements of the End Client, as notified to the Supplier in writing;

  • Design requirements means the written description of the infrastructure facility to be procured pursuant to this article, including:

  • JSE Listings Requirements means the Listings Requirements of the JSE applicable from time to time;

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).
