Program Narrative. To provide as much academic assistance as possible. This will facilitate our mission to transition as many job ready inmates into society as possible. This position will provide our students a teacher who will help provide specialized instructions in student's accessed weak academic areas.

Program Narrative. Contractor shall perform the services and activities outlined in Attachment A of the Second Amendment. Those services and activities are hereby referred to in this contract as the “Program” or “Work”. The Contractor shall begin performance of those services and activities on July 1, 2013. It shall complete those services and activities on December 31, 2013. Unless the context requires otherwise, if this contract states that a task is to be performed or that a duty is owed, it shall be presumed that the task or duty is the obligation of the Contractor.

Program Narrative means the levels of service to be offered and the specific patient population to be served.

  • Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.
