Program Head definition

Program Head means a member of the Medical Staff in charge of and responsible for the operation of a Health PEI Program and who is responsible to the Executive Director of Medical Affairs;
Program Head means the person who is responsible for administering his/her individual program or department.
Program Head an employee who performs, in addition to his/her instructional duties, the administrative duties of a specific program area. The appointment will be reviewed every three (3) years.

Examples of Program Head in a sentence

  • A copy of the first page of the transmittal form shall be sent to the Office of the Vice-Provost by the Program Head.

  • Where academic misconduct is suspected, but where it is unclear whether it is directly related to a specific course, or where the specific course is unknown, those with knowledge of an offence should contact the Program Head, for the program in which the student is enrolled.

  • Upon receipt of all of the above documents, the academic unit (led by the appropriate Program Head) shall have five (5) working days to submit all documentation they will be presenting at the Formal Appeal Hearing.

  • Such delegation may be full (for example, all cases are delegated to a Program Head), or partial (for example, authority with respect to offences related to course work may be delegated to a Program Head).

  • For offences related to course work (including examinations): The relevant Program Head in which the course is offered, and the Program Head in which the student is enrolled (if different) should receive a copy of the decision.

  • The research referred to the following issues: • Need help to keep the home clean and undertake small tasks e.g. changing light bulbs• Notification of tasks to be undertaken and any changes in carers• Flexible service that reflects need• Training• Regular carers• Services to enable older people to get out of their homes.

  • If unanimous consent of the students has not been obtained, the change may be enacted only with the approval of the Program Head and only if alternative and equitable accommodation is available to students opposed to the change.Resolution 6That all term tests, assignments, laboratory reports, etc., should be returned to, or discussed with students, without undue delay and in any case before the last day of the examination period.

  • Individuals representing the academic unit may include the appropriate Program Head, but will always include any faculty member directly involved in the academic decision being appealed.

  • If the faculty member is not readily available, the Program Head will make the necessary arrangements for student access to the material.

  • The amount of transfer credit granted is at the discretion of the Campus Registrar and the Program Head of the program concerned.

Related to Program Head

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Collaborative pharmacy practice agreement means a written and signed

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.

  • Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account. Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.

  • Promotional Materials means the core written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • Collaborative practice agreement means a written agreement

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Strategy means the Department of Education International Risk Management Strategy for Homestays and Short Term Cultural Exchanges developed and implemented under section 171 of the Working With Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 as in force at any given time.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Collaborative practice means that a physician may delegate aspects of drug therapy management for the physician’s patients to an authorized pharmacist through a community practice protocol. “Collaborative practice” also means that a P&T committee may authorize hospital pharmacists to perform drug therapy management for inpatients and hospital clinic patients through a hospital practice protocol.

  • R2000 Strategy means an initiative by the Government of Kenya to improve the maintenance of the country’s Road Network by giving priority to maintenance through network approach, using appropriate technology, labour-based methods, local resources and increased usage of small-scale entrepreneurs.
