Program Guidelines definition

Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.
Program Guidelines means the Guidelines for the Program forming part of the Recipient’s TPA;
Program Guidelines means the Program Guidelines attached to the Guaranty Agreement as Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Program Guidelines

Program Guidelines means and includes the Program Guidelines, the Step Up Manual, and any revisions, amendments and modifications of any thereof established by the Authority and provided to the Originators, and any other guidelines adopted by the Authority and published to our ServiSolutions website.
