Program Fees definition

Program Fees means fees established to cover allowable costs of a particular program of study not covered by tuition.

Program Fees. The Fees as noted in the Program Fee Chart as well as the Master Agreement Section 8.P.

Program Fees means those fees and expenses that shall be specified in the Program Guide; provided, however, that the County reserves the right to revise the nature or amount of such fees at any time; provided further, however, that any such revision shall not apply to any Program Fees specified in an executed Financing Agreement.

Examples of Program Fees in a sentence

• Such financed fees, costs and expenses shall be disbursed to Lender on the closing date of the Loan, and Lender shall remit any Program Fees so collected to Administrator, without requiring notice or demand, within ten (10) days of such closing date.

• Any additional Bentley Products licensed by Subscriber during the term of this Agreement shall be added automatically to Subscriber’s SELECT Program coverage hereunder and the additional SELECT Program Fees will be included in Subscriber’s periodic invoices for SELECT Program services.

• Borrower acknowledges that [Administrator / Lender] has disclosed to Borrower the Program Fees and the effective interest rate on the Loan.

• If Subscriber is obligated under an applicable law to withhold or deduct taxes from any payment of SELECT Program Fees to Bentley, Subscriber shall furnish to Bentley official receipts evidencing Subscriber's payment of such taxes.

More Definitions of Program Fees

Program Fees means [ ], as provided in the Program Guide. The Program Fees shall be financed as part of the Loan and repaid through Assessment Payments.

Program Fees means collectively, any fees that Partner must pay SFDC for participation in a Program Type, or for Program Benefits, as further described in the Program Policies.

Program Fees means the amount payable by the Supplier to IBM GF calculated by multiplying the Face Value of the Supplier Invoice by the percentage applicable to the Buyer determined by application of the provisions of Schedule A.

Program Fees means the fee(s) authorized by the C-PACE Act and charged to participating Property Owners to cover the costs to design and administer the Statewide Program, including, without limitation, compensation of the Program Administrator. While Capital Providers are required to service their C-PACE Loans, if a Capital Provider does not do so and the Program Administrator assumes the servicing responsibility and charges a servicing fee, the servicing fee shall also be included among the Program Fees.

Program Fees means the fees for the Services set forth in Exhibit B.
