Program Eligibility Criteria definition

Program Eligibility Criteria means the eligibility criteria set out in the Program Requirements, which a Participant must meet to participate in the Program.
Program Eligibility Criteria means the eligibility criteria that must be met by the Participant to participate in the SEM Program, as set out in Schedule B.

  • Qualifying Criteria means the criteria outlined in Section 3 and which is used to determine whether an individual is eligible to receive criminal Legal Aid;
