Program Document definition

Program Document means this ShoptoCook Retailer Program Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended, modified or replaced by ShoptoCook from time to time.

Program Document means any or all the documents pertaining to the Program.

Program Document. Any management agreement, administration agreement, referral agreement, depository agreement, security agreement, program liquidity or credit enhancement agreement and any other similar document, agreement or instrument with respect to VFCC’s Commercial Paper Note program, as such documents, agreements and instruments may be from time to time amended, supplemented, replaced or otherwise modified.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the expiration of this Program Agreement or the termination or resignation of any Mortgage Lender under this Program Agreement shall not affect any obligations of such Mortgage Lender under this Program Agreement or any Program Document arising prior to the date of expiration, termination or resignation.

Program Document has the meaning assigned to such term in the Operating Agreement.
