Program Customer definition

Program Customer means any Accountholder or any Applicant.
Program Customer means any of the following (a) any National Account Customer that enters into an agreement with the Company's Fountain Beverage Division or National Sales Business Unit (or successors thereto) after the date hereof, (b) any National Account Customer listed on Schedule D annexed hereto and made a part hereof, (c) any existing National Account Customer, not otherwise designated as a Program Customer hereunder, if and when such National Account Customer converts from DSD (as defined below) to Commissary (as defined below) delivery, or (d) any National Account Customer, not otherwise designated as a Program Customer hereunder, that Bottler and Company agree should be deemed to be a Program Customer.
Program Customer means any Accountholder or any Applicant. “Program Customer Data” means Accountholder Data and Applicant Data.

Examples of Program Customer in a sentence

  • Neither Party shall, without the written consent of the other Party, outsource any servicing functions relating to the Accounts that would result in Program Customer Data being transmitted outside of the United States; provided, however, EFS shall be permitted to utilize the servicing functions of the service providers located outside the United States as set forth in Schedule 7.1 (List of Internationally Outsourced Service Providers).

  • Each Party shall use the same degree of care in protecting Program Customer Data and Prospect Data against unauthorized disclosure as it accords to its own confidential customer information, but in no event less than a reasonable standard of care.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, each Party shall implement and maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of all Program Customer Data and Prospect Data.

  • The Parties recognize that Program Customer Data is owned by Bank, subject to Article 15 (Rights Upon Termination), and that Program Customers are Company Customers as well as Bank Customers.

  • Even if Customer chooses not to subscribe to, or renew, a Service Program, Customer may still receive access to the TAC at the No Subscription, Flat Rate Repair Cost as published in Section 1 (and as may be changed pursuant to Section 3.5) and subject to scheduling/availability of Xenogen’s technical support personnel.

  • As part of the Premier Client Program, Customer will be engaged in the CollaboraCare Consortium by receiving updates on the status of the Consortium partnerships including what new partnership opportunities are being pursued.

  • In conjunction therewith and as part of the WCMA Program, Customer has requested that MLBFS provide, and subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth MLBFS has agreed to provide, a commercial line of credit for Customer (the "WCMA Line of Credit").

Related to Program Customer

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
