Program Contracts definition

Program Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.5.

Program Contracts all contracts for television broadcast rights of Programs, including, but not limited to, film, music and related audio rights and syndicated series exhibition rights acquired under license agreements.

Program Contracts means all contracts for radio, television, film, programs, music and related audio rights and syndicated series exhibition rights acquired under license agreements.
