Program Contact definition

Program Contact means the person nominated by each of Pfizer and AMC to serve as that Party’s contact for the Program as set forth in Exhibit A.

Program Contact. The Health Scientist Administrator, or program official, whose name and telephone number also are indicated in the "Remarks" section of the Notice of Grant Award, is responsible for all scientific and technical matters dealing with the administration of the grant. The Health Scientist Administrator reviews and monitors scientific progress of the project and provides advice and assistance relative to all technical problems to ensure that the scientific objectives of the research program can be pursued effectively and successfully. All questions or correspondence dealing with research progress, changes in research direction, unique scientific opportunities, or any other scientific need should be addressed to the Health Scientist Administrator.
