Program Applicant definition

Program Applicant means an adult person, a guardian or conservator of the person acting on behalf of an adult person, or a parent or guardian acting on behalf of a minor, who applies to participate in the program;
Program Applicant means an individual who meets eligibility requirements and submits an application to the Department during the open application period.
