Program Account definition

Program Account means the account in the name of the Governmental Unit established pursuant to the Indenture and held by the Trustee for the deposit of the net proceeds of the Loan Agreement for disbursal to the Governmental Unit for payment of the costs of the Project.
Program Account means a budget account that receives and obligates appropriations to cover the subsidy cost of a direct loan or loan guarantee and disburses the subsidy cost to the financing account. Program accounts usually receive a separate appropriation for administrative expenses.
Program Account means the account we establish in your name for recording points for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
