Professional Team definition

Professional Team means collectively the Building Contractor, architect and if appointed structural engineers, M&E engineer, quantity surveyors and all those professionals appointed by or on behalf of the Tenant in connection with the Building Improvement Works.
Professional Team means the consultant and any other professionals engaged by the Client from time to time in relation to the Project and which the Client notifies to the Consultant.
Professional Team means the consultants appointed by the Owner in relation to the Development Project (but not the Owner's Representative) including the architect, principal designer, structural engineer, M&E engineer and quantity surveyor and such other consultants so appointed by the Owner;

Examples of Professional Team in a sentence

  • The Building Control Approver shall have no responsibility and/or liability under or in connection with this Contract for the performance and/or the supervision of any member(s) of the Professional Team in relation to the Project and the Building Control Approver shall have no responsibility and/or liability in respect of quality control of the works.

  • The Building Control Approver shall have no responsibility and/or liability for any failure by the Client or any member(s) of the Professional Team to comply with their obligations under the Building Safety Act.

  • The Building Control Approver’s liability to the Client under or in connection with this Contract shall not exceed such sum as it would be just and equitable for the Building Control Approver to pay having regard to the extent of the Building Control Approver’s responsibility for the loss and/or damage and on the assumption that all members of the Professional Team and/or other persons involved in the Project have paid to the Client such sums as it would be just and equitable for them to pay.


More Definitions of Professional Team

Professional Team means the professional advisers appointed in connection with the Works and listed in Part 2 of the Schedule; PROHIBITED MATERIALS means such materials as were required by the terms of the Trade Contracts or the appointments of the Professional Team not to be used in the Works save as mentioned in a letter from Rolfx Xxxx xx the Developer a copy of which is annexed to this Agreement at Appendix G
