Professional Services Rates definition

Professional Services Rates means those rates for professional services as set forth in Exhibit J hereto.
Professional Services Rates means the rates for professional services outlined in the rate card in Schedule 1. Proposal has its meaning as in clause 2.2. Related Body Corporate has its meaning as defined in the Companies Act.
