Professional Services Data definition

Professional Services Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, image files or software, that are provided to Microsoft, by or on behalf of a Customer (or that Customer authorizes Microsoft to obtain from an Online Service) or otherwise obtained or processed by or on behalf of Microsoft through an engagement with Microsoft to obtain Professional Services. Professional Services Data includes Support Data.
Professional Services Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, image files, or software, that are provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates by, or on behalf of, Customer and its Affiliates (or that Customer or an Affiliate authorizes Microsoft to obtain from an Online Service) or otherwise obtained or processed by or on behalf of Microsoft or its Affiliates through an engagement with Microsoft to obtain Professional Services.
Professional Services Data means electronic data or information that is provided to Provider under a Professional Services engagement with Provider for the purpose of being input into the Provider Service, or Customer Data accessed within or extracted from the Customer’s tenant to perform the Professional Services.

Examples of Professional Services Data in a sentence

  • Data Protection and Processing Microsoft and its Affiliates, and their respective agents and subcontractors, will process Customer Data, Personal Data, and Professional Services Data as provided in this Agreement and the DPA, which is incorporated by reference.

  • Where Data Processor believes compliance with Data Controller’s Instructions could result in a violation of Data Protection Laws or is not in the ordinary course of Data Processor’s obligations in operating the Subscription Service or delivering Professional Services, Data Processor shall promptly notify Data Controller thereof.


More Definitions of Professional Services Data

Professional Services Data means all data that is provided to iManage, by or on behalf of Customer (or that Customer authorizes iManage to obtain from the Cloud Services), or otherwise obtained by or on behalf of iManage through an engagement with iManage to obtain Professional Services.
Professional Services Data means electronic data or information that is provided to Workday under a Professional Services engagement with Workday for the purpose of being input into the Workday Service, or Customer Data accessed within or extracted from the Customer’s tenant to perform the Professional Services.
Professional Services Data if not defined in the Universal Data Processing Exhibit, Data Processing Exhibit, or Data Protection Agreement (as applicable) between the parties, means electronic data or information that is provided to Workday under the PSA for the purpose of being input into the Service, or Customer Data accessed within or extracted from Customer’s Tenant to perform the Professional Services.
Professional Services Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, image files, or software, that are provided to Microsoft by, or on behalf of, Customer (or that Customer authorizes Microsoft to obtain from an Online Service) or otherwise obtained or processed by or on behalf of Microsoft through an engagement with Microsoft to obtain Professional Services. The Microsoft Professional Services Data Protection Addendum in effect on the effective date of this Work Order and available on the Volume Licensing Site at xxxxx://xxx.xx/ProfessionalServicesDPA is incorporated herein by this reference. Limitations or exclusions in the Agreement that apply to the limitation of liability arising out of either party’s confidentiality obligations will apply to Professional Services Data in the same manner that they apply to Customer Data.
Professional Services Data means electronic data or information that is provided to Workday by or on behalf of Customer for the purpose of being configured and input into the Service, or Customer Data accessed within or extracted from Customer’s Workday Tenant (for Professional Services described in Appendix 3) or Customer’s Workday Adaptive Planning Instance (for Professional Services described in Appendix 4) to allow Workday to perform Professional Services under this SOW.

For liability arising out of either party’s confidentiality obligations relating to Professional Services Data provided under this Work Order, each party’s maximum, aggregate liability to the other is limited to direct damages finally awarded in an amount not to exceed the amounts Customer paid for the applicable Professional Services under this Work Order.
