Professional qualification. – shall mean an academic degree as required in accordance with one of the stipulations described in paragraphs (1) or (2) below, and experience as required in paragraph (3) below:
Professional qualification means qualification on a profession or part of a profession which includes the combination of professional competence and the general education knowledge and skills necessary for their formation.
Professional qualification means an individual with a degree in history, architecture, or archaeology.
