Professional Fee Escrow Account definition

Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.
Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Reserve Amount and funded by the Debtors on the Effective Date, pursuant to Article II.A.2(b) of the Plan.

More Definitions of Professional Fee Escrow Account

Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on or before the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Escrow Amount, provided that the Cash funds in the Professional Fee Escrow Account shall be increased from Cash on hand at the Reorganized Debtors (other than Reorganized Valaris) to the extent applications are filed after the Effective Date in excess of the amount of Cash funded into the escrow as of the Effective Date.
