Professional Claims definition

Professional Claims means all final requests for payment for professional services rendered or costs incurred on or after the Petition Date and on or prior to the Effective Date by professional persons retained by the Debtors or any statutory committee appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, 503(b), or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code must be filed no later than 60 days after the Effective Date.
Professional Claims means the allowances made by the Court to the Professionals, each of which allowance shall be an Administrative Claim.
Professional Claims means all Administrative Claims for the compensation of Professionals and the reimbursement of expenses incurred by such Professionals through and including the Confirmation Date to the extent such fees and expenses have not been paid pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court.

Examples of Professional Claims in a sentence

  • The Bankruptcy Court shall determine the Allowed amounts of such Professional Claims after notice and a hearing in accordance with the procedures established by the Bankruptcy Code.

Professional Claims means Claims incurred by Professionals in respect of services rendered and expenses incurred on behalf of the LandCo Estates through the Effective Date.
