Professional associate definition

Professional associate means any colleague, scientific mentor, or student with whom the peer reviewer is cur- rently conducting research or other significant professional activities or with whom the member has conducted such activities within three years of the date of the review.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section IV(A) will not apply if the OFFICER's employment is terminated by the COMPANY without Cause and the OFFICER is not entitled to receive any severance benefits.
