Productsup Platform definition

Productsup Platform means the Productsup web-environment upon which the Services and Client Data are hosted and may be controlled by the Client or Authorized Users;

Productsup Platform means the Productsup web-environment upon which the Productsup cloud software Solutions, Products, Features, and Functions that are described in the Productsup Platform Description, as updated from time to time and available via https://www.productsup.com/legal/, are made available to Customer. Customer may access the Productsup Platform via the Customer’s Account. The Productsup Platform may be accessed, controlled, and managed by the Customer or its Authorized Users to process Customer Data in the contractually agreed Scope. The scope and functionalities of the Productsup Platform and its relevant licensing modules are further described in the Productsup Platform Description, available via https://www.productsup.com/legal/.

Examples of Productsup Platform in a sentence

  • Client may access the Productsup Software as a service through the Productsup Platform in accordance with the Agreement (defined below).

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Electronic Platform means such electronic and/or telecommunications facilities as may be approved by the Board from time to time that enable members to attend and participate simultaneously in a general meeting without attending a physical meeting place;

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.
