Production Time definition

Production Time means the time, as determined by Operator, available for the production of EG Product or the rendering of Other Services in accordance with the Operating Agreement and the Inland Tolling Agreement during which the EG Facility is not shut down for testing, for transition to ZnNi production or back to pure zinc production, for other scheduled or estimated unscheduled downtime, for maintenance or repairs, for the making of capital improvements, for national holidays, or due to Force Majeure.

Production Time is defined as the number of days between receipt by CombiMatrix of a valid purchase order from Illumina for [ * ] and the day upon which CombiMatrix delivers the [ * ] to a common carrier for shipment. If Illumina does not verify via response email within [ * ] business days that it still desires the Order (measured from the day that the original email was sent by CombiMatrix to Illumina), and CombiMatrix has confirmed that the email was received and acknowledged, CombiMatrix will consider the Order to be cancelled with no financial obligations incurred by Illumina for the original Order, and CombiMatrix will not ship the Order.

Examples of Production Time in a sentence

  • Purchaser shall be entitled ------------------------ to certain priority rights during each month to available Production Time for EG Services and Other Services at the EG Facility, all in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article IV of this Agreement.

Related to Production Time

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Execution Time means the date and time that this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto.

  • Distribution Time means the time at which the Distribution is effective on the Distribution Date.

  • Production Unit means a facility for generation of electricity made up of a single generation unit or of an aggregation of generation units;

  • Separation Time means the close of business on the tenth Trading Day after the earlier of:

  • Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. on the calendar day prior to the Closing Date.
