Production Licence definition

Production Licence means a licence issued under section 50 and includes any renewal of such licence;
Production Licence means a Production Licence as defined in section 1(1) of the Petroleum Act;
Production Licence has the meaning provided in the Petroleum Act.

Examples of Production Licence in a sentence

  • If the Operator or a Party is of the opinion that activities should be terminated or the use of a facility should cease before the Production Licence expires, it may within the same time limits propose to the management committee that an abandonment plan for the activities or the facility be prepared.

More Definitions of Production Licence

Production Licence means a production licence granted or renewed under Division 4 of Part II;
