Product Updates definition

Product Updates means any improvement made [***].
Product Updates means new versions of the Software Product, containing new functionality, break/fix, modifications, or enhancements.
Product Updates means new versions of the Product released by Trend Micro during the term of this Agreement that contain bug fixes and/or enhancements. Product Updates are typically designated by a change in the version number to the right or left of the decimal point.

More Definitions of Product Updates

Product Updates means bug fix releases and functional and/or feature improvement releases that are provided to Licensee pursuant to any maintenance agreement between Virage Logic and Licensee.
Product Updates means all functional and/or feature improvements to the Licensed Materials listed in this Program Schedule or the attached Purchase Order that result in the release of a new version thereof, and all bug fixes, error corrections, and performance enhancements developed by Virage Logic for such Licensed Materials as deemed necessary by Virage Logic. “Semiconductor Manufacturer Updates” shall mean all functional and/or feature improvements to the Licensed Materials listed in this Program Schedule or the attached Purchase Order that result in the release of a new version thereof, and all bug fixes, error corrections, and performance enhancements developed by the Semiconductor Manufacturer for such Licensed Materials as deemed necessary by the Semiconductor Manufacturer. “Telephone Support” shall mean technical support via telephone by qualified personnel during normal business hours concerning the installation and use of the Licensed Materials listed in this Program Schedule or the attached Purchase Order.
Product Updates means new versions, updates, bug fixes and enhancements of the Xxxxx Products licensed hereunder and the applicable Order Form that Xxxxx makes available for download, in its sole discretion, from its website during the License Term.
Product Updates means updates to TDU Products which improve their accuracy and completeness.
Product Updates shall have the meaning set forth in the Maintenance and Support Services section of the pertinent Program Schedule.
Product Updates means any updates, improvements and other modifications to the Products made by or for ENERGOUS, including, without limitation: (a) any updates or modifications to the software (DSP code, firmware, GUI (graphical user interface) code); (b) modifications of silicon, including, without limitation; such modifications made solely for cost reduction purposes, and including only metal layer as well as all layer mask changes; (c) modifications which increase the distance over which wireless power is transmitted or received, subject to the limitations set out in Exhibit A; (d) modifications which increase the amount of power which is transmitted or received; (e) modifications to improve functionality or efficiency or add or improve features; and (f) modifications required to attain regulatory approvals, including, but not limited to, FCC approval; provided, however, that “Product Updates” will only include any of the foregoing developed by an acquirer or successor of ENERGOUS for a period of [***] after a Change of Control of ENERGOUS, and provided further that any Products incorporating Product Updates will be subject to separate terms and conditions to be agreed in good faith by the Parties, which terms and conditions will be no less favourable to DIALOG than those with respect to the Product to which the Product Update corresponds.
Product Updates. In case that Widecom will change the specifications of the scanner in the future, they will update SGI with the full hardware and software documentation prior to introducing the new product to the market.
