  • Reseller shall not distribute the Product Units or any portion thereof to any party, including any dealers, agents, representatives, sub-distributors, original equipment manufacturers, value added resellers, systems integrators or other third parties, other than End Users, and shall not authorize or appoint any dealers, agents, representatives, sub-distributors, original equipment manufacturers, value added resellers, systems integrators or other third parties to distribute or sublicense the Product Units.

Related to Product Units

  • Net Shares means the number of shares of Common Stock which will be deposited in a brokerage account in the Grantee’s name at the Company’s designated broker after shares have been withheld to satisfy applicable tax and withholding requirements upon vesting of the Restricted Stock Units.
